A successful Broker in real estate since 1979…The Toni Everett Company, Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc., Deborah Traina (at the time) became known as one of the top Office Leasing Brokers in the Tampa Bay Area. Deborah simultaneously enjoyed investing in the stock market on her own behalf since 1983 with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith. It was a natural evolution to invest on her own behalf and broaden her investment background when, in 2008, she became an Investment Advisor Representative with JaffeTilchin Wealth Management.
Deborah’s client philosophy is to know the whole person and family, e.g. their personal and financial concerns, projected challenges, quality of life expectations and retirement objectives, all for the purpose of determining best suited investment model(s). Each and every client is important to Deborah, first and foremost priority, she is wholly committed to her clients’ best interests.
Beginning in 1989, Deborah and her husband, Mark, began their on-going acquisition of retail shopping centers, art, and closer to home…maximizing their home investments resulting in their present home on the second hole of Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club.
Deborah and Mark have a daughter, Jennifer, graduate of Cornell University, presently an Interior Designer with BHDM in NYC, and a son, Jason, graduate of NYU, presently a Broker-Associate with Keller Williams Real Estate in NYC. During their child-rearing years, Deborah was a full-time Mom and volunteer, e.g. schools, Synagogue, Tampa Jewish Federation. Her volunteer leadership roles are much too long to list, but her commitment to giving-of-herself was always her pleasure.
